Hey Ryan, my take on the situation is, try sending him a bill or 2 for the professional cleaning, but all in all it doesn’t sound like he left the place in that bad of condition, especially if you got it rented immediately. I might say it’d be worth cutting your loses on. Just my 2 cents..
