Help please.  

I'm trying to get a handle on the differences between Delaware Investment Trusts like Kay Properties and LP's like Praxis or Joe Farless etc.

I got on mailing list and there spending a lot of effort to get my attention.

My brother in law needs to refi out of a hard money loan.  He has been contacted by Vision One Mortgage.  Online reviews for them are all over the place.  Great to terrible.  

I'm looking for people that have actually dealt with them for their opinions.

Blue jeans and a collared shirt is dressed up for me.  Aloha shirt and shorts is normal.  Good sneakers either way.  ATCS, Retired.

I have to give @Matt C. 2 thumbs up.  He bid on my project last summer and when we decided to do it ourselves he backed off without a peep.  Matt was a class act.

He's 60.  Unlikely to change.  I'd let him be someone else's gamble.  I wouldn't even have had a long conversation with him.

Ramona.  It's a small town governed by San Diego County.  It's our understanding that the county isn't even allowing any more permits for the rural areas.  Causing us even more confusion.
