I've been calling around and asking if my local title companies if they have dealt with assignment of contract. So far out of 3 I've found 1 but they said that they've only done a few. I was a little shocked when the lady who answered didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Are there any other questions that I should be asking concerning assignment of contracts or questions that will make my choice in choosing a company easier?

I'm in Fort Smith and did some research on REI clubs in the state. The only active one I know of is in Central Arkansas. Would love to go but i don't have the time to make that trip.(2 1/2 hrs from me) If you ever hear of one or start one yourself in Northwest Arkansas please post the meeting place and time on here, I'd love to attend. I'm new to this and looking to network.

Question, is a non circumvention/disclosure contract needed to make sure the buyer doesn't try and get the house behind your back? I read about this in a book and was curious if any of you used one? Thanks, I've started marketing my services and am excited to get this going.
