Investor friendly title company in Arkansas

I've been calling around and asking if my local title companies if they have dealt with assignment of contract. So far out of 3 I've found 1 but they said that they've only done a few. I was a little shocked when the lady who answered didn't have a clue what I was talking about. Are there any other questions that I should be asking concerning assignment of contracts or questions that will make my choice in choosing a company easier?
