Great question @Jordan Vance. I'd encourage you to do a brief amount of study into the majority of niches, being an agent, wholesaling, rehabbing, lease options, rent to own, etc. And just use your self awareness to figure out which strategy is best for you right now.
Wholesaling is just the niche' that I'm confident is the best strategy for me, right here and now, to get me where I want to go. As it provides an an income that can then be invested into discounted properties for my Buy N Hold strategy further down the track (honestly probably after the elections have shaken up the market). Being an agent is something I enjoy and it keeps our cars running, food on the table etc.
I wouldn't be too upset if I was never a Buyers agent ever again though haha
@Kerry Baird the cashflow game from Cashflow Quadrant? Would be so ridiculously keen to play if so because that book changed my life.
