Well our place is on the market as the area around us is accelerating upward. Can't wait to close and run numbers on a hackyourhouse type foreclosure for my family. I am here to know more about options around us in merritt island, titusville, mims, cocoa, and cocoa beach.  If their others in 32955, 32796, 32780, 32931, and 32932 who meet up please let me know.
