Thank you Dylan I really appreciate it. I will definitely ask some questions if I do get lost or confused. Yes I think going to the investing club is a really great way to get started. I’m excited to attend my first one.
Thank you Jack, I am going to focus on one thing at a time so I don’t overwhelm myself and learn that thing and once I learn that, I will go and learn the next thing that i want to know about. I’m going to watch as many podcasts, attend webinars and my local rei club so I can network and learn more. I definitely appreciate it and looking to hopefully be in this world soon.
Thank you Sam I appreciate it. I have definitely been putting in apps to real estate offices to definitely get the experience working in an office.
Thank you Aaron I definitely appreciate the feedback. Wholesaling is something that I thought about. I’m going to do some reconsidering on that until I get good at this. Rental properties was also something I definitely wanted I do. I’ll look into that and start finding properties and doing more research on it.
Thank you Aaron for that. I think for me getting started I would like to focus more on wholesaling and maybe lease options. Since I’m kind of starting out without any money. But thank you for that advice I will sit down and will definitely ask specific questions. Probably more so how to find deals for wholesaling and where to kind of start in doing these deals? I appreciate your feedback.

Hello my name is Jonne Washington, I’m 23 years old and I am looking to get started in real estate investing. I am looking for advice on how to get started and looking for mentorship in Michigan. I want to learn every aspect in the investing. I am going to my local real estate investors club in a few weeks and I have also read some books and a few online articles. Just looking to get my foot in the door. I work part time right now as a bank teller and I don’t have much money saved up. I also plan on getting my real estate license as well. I am looking to work and network with people as well. I plan to have my own brokerage in 5 years(hopefully) and also a property management company with my fiancée who is working in the construction field. I also plan on getting my interior design degree to go along with my future business plans as well. I’m looking to get started in how to make this a reality for me. As well as when I master this field I want to be able to help other people grow their business as well and help them with any questions they may have. I want to learn about wholesalong, lease options, rentals, flips and rehabs.

Hello my name is Jonne Washington and I am looking to get started in the real estate investing. I don’t know where to begin. I am going to my local real estate investors club in a couple of weeks in Michigan. I don’t have much cash saved up and I have a part time job. I’m 23 years old and just looking to get advice on where and how to start and the things I should have in order to accomplish these goals. I also plan to get my license and learning the traditional side to real estate as well. I just want to gain as much knowledge and experience as I can. I have read some books and articles online but haven’t actually done anything with it yet. But I am ready to start learning. Thank you in advance.
