I would love to be able to use the calculators, set up keywords on the go, use the network to see if anyone is close to me, biggest thing to be able to search events and happenings, even be able to download files on the fly so you can print them off at a local store.

Hey Ray can you provide more details about the property, Location, Price, Neighborhood details, any issues with property etc.

That is amazing! Such a great idea, congrats on your newly found plan.

I am just curious for educational purposes. I was really interested in one of the properties but with them both tied up in to one I couldn't afford them.

WOW! @Doug W. I am new to investing. I have been studying for years now still know very little. I am appreciative to the information and profound outlook you gave. This makes me feel good and puts me in perspective as I am spinning my wheels. I am just trying to get money together so I can start. But great insight and I will take this with me thanks again.

Thats a good point @Ned Carey and @Alex Hart the 1031 I am not familiar with yet. And I never thought of it that way I was just stunned that someone wanted to sell both at same time. I go with my gut usually and something just felt off about the situation.

What and Why would someone sell two 4 plexes at the same time. I just can't seem to connect the dots. They are old, I drove by them they look to be in good shape. Not bad cash flow from my guess on the numbers they posted. I would just think sell one keep one but why sell both at same time and realtor says owner does not want to split them up. Do you think that I am missing something that I should think about in the future for when I come across this stuff again. I just want to know. What do you think?

Wow! The comment's that are being said wow! Okay, I appreciate everyone defending me in here and there is a lot of valid points. And there is a lot of constructive criticism @Bill S. and there is nothing wrong with that, but lets all not lose focus on the main thing here, which is supported in any shape size or form.

I have met with 5 realtors now and it was discouraging because of the same response across the board (to an extent) but I was getting burnt out hearing that so. It's this simple, if you walk into gas station dirty jeans torn shirt and smells like grease you will get a different response than if you walk in there with a suit nice haircut....Try it, it's true, I do it for fun...So everyone we all have our own opinions on how things should be said and how things should be done, so let's please move on.

Now, yes I am going to that investor meeting tonight I am looking forward to it. I am looking forward to rubbing some elbows and seeing what other people have to say. I will also try to start one up here to meet at Starbucks once a month just to see who is out there and who wants to talk.

What do you think? Is that a good place to have a small meeting? What are your comments?
