If you want to hang out with other investors in an informal environment and just "BS" about what's going on in the market, deals that others have done, or just ask questions and network....THEN THIS IS JUST FOR YOU!

This get together is completely INFORMAL, there are no presentations or product pitches...just some cool people hanging around talking about investing and wealth building. (Hint: if you come in a suit...you are way overdressed!)

Start out with the older neighborhoods in town...That's always the lowest hanging fruit.  You can also get with a title company to ask for a list of where the most cash transactions are.  Due to the laws in NV, title companies have the ability to offer many list and other information for free.  These lists can be used for leads for wholesalers and other investors.

Hi @Mai Thanadabouth...two questions:  1)  Are you in Las Vegas now?   2)  Or are you just interested in Vegas real estate while still living in CA.  If you are in Vegas than I'd be happy to refer you to brokers who have are investment-minded and where you have the opportunity to learn how to grow your portfolio.  Just let me know where you're at.
