Just to let everyone know...the broker who @Darrell Lagler was inquiring about is VERY experienced and one of the biggest volume rehab flippers in Las Vegas.  While it's a easy to have a kneejerk reaction to his inquiry.  If anyone wants to know who it is, feel free to DM me but trust me they are one of the most reputable investors/brokers/flippers in town.
