Thanks Rudy I'll add it to the list, only about 20+ books long at this point =)

My Mom always said, "so many books, so little time," then came the Internet.

It's entertainment.   On one project, a lien came up from a prior roof replacement,   They agonized over it and went to commercial.  Simple enough, their title policy will take care of it, I thought. No, no mention of title insurance, and they implied that they ate the cost.  What?  Get Tarek and Christina over to BP, ASAP, for some basics on home buying.

My guess is that there was a title policy, but the producers thought they would have more drama if they "paid" for it themselves, and made a profit anyway.

What's the standard for your area?  Say, for a $1,000,000 single tenant net leased building?  What would you pay a firm/broker to list/market/sell?

Any DFW - Dallas input?

Pretty much exactly what we did on 1603 Sanchez.

Beautiful!  What's your current expected exit PSF, vs. what you thought when you started?

I've got a guy who may be a fit, but is 3-5 weeks out at the moment. If that time frame works, let me know.

Welcome to BiggerPockets, Andrew.  I'm in DFW but invest in Austin, too.  Do you know where you'd like to buy your rentals?

Welcome aboard, Nicola.  There is a lot to learn with multi family investing and BiggerPockets is a great place to start.  You might want to start listening to some of the pod casts with guests who invest in apartments.
