@Steven Taylor Great goal! Everyone has to buy the first one, but the best thing about investing is once you get one it adds up. I have yet to meet anyone who has only one. Once you get the snowball rolling it gets easier. Do you have a strategy in mind for the purchases? That is a big reason I wanted to start this post. When you put your goals out their there is a natural accountable to voicing those goals. Best of luck with the first purchase!

@Bryan Hancock These are big time goals. Best of luck with all of them! I really like the piece about being intentional and family first. Those are absolutely critical and my biggest why's for this journey. Can't wait to hear about them!

@Beth Liesenfeld Atomic Habits is actually one of the first book for me for next year. Good to hear that is worth reading. I love that you broke down the process in years. I know early on I tried to do everything at once and felt extremely overwhelmed and like I was never making any progress. I think the system piece is such a huge part for taking as you said taking a hobby to a business and then to the scale we want. It seems simple yet it one of, if not the hardest piece to implement. What are you plans as far as delegation? Looking to out source the heavy tasks? Best of luck to you with your goals and would love to connect!

@Dalton Ward I think those are some pretty big goals personally. As long as you are making progress forward it will start to snowball and pay off. I think the book one comes up a lot because it allows us to learn so many other skills and ideas. Best of luck with the goals!

@Gary Parilis Seeing everyone's goals really gets me fired up! That is awesome on transitioning to BRRRR. I have actually been thinking about doing something similar. I need to scale in order for me to become financially free at the pace I want. Do you have a property type and area in mind for it? Best of luck with the goals!

@Account Closed These are awesome goals! I love how once you find the first MHP you are going to just rinse and repeat. That is big! One of my favorite things as a kid was one on one time with my parents. I am sure your children will love that and look forward to it. The one with your spouse is so critical and I am going to steal this from you. I set the goal for a date once a week, but I know from last year that if I don't spend time really thinking about it we just default to sharing a meal. Not to say there is anything wrong with that, but I agree with you that it needs to be meaningful time not default time.

@Steven Taylor I have a friend who has 2 warehouses in Kansas City and she loves them. I am curious to see what you end up doing with the grocery stores. Are you leaning towards one specific option or trying out a couple different ones? I love the nap more and work less. I think we should all have that as one!
