@Jared Briggs Welcome to the forums! I love your goals. It can be tough to take the big step to buy your first property. I know I suffered from analysis paralysis for a while, but like Brandon and David say "Real estate can be forgiving." You don't need to get a home run on the first deal. All you need is a single. I have similar goal for reading. I am going to read 52 books this year. I set the goal last year and completed 28 and was extremely proud of that as it is the most I have ever read in my life. I think the blog piece is cool. When you do things for yourself like that and don't worry about others opinions you can be really successful. Can't wait to see the blog. Would love it if you would send me a direct link once you getting it going.

I thought I would share my favorite quote since you did. "Success is an uncommon thing. Therefore it will never be experience by the common man. BE UNCOMMON" Best of luck with all of your goals!

@Kai Van Leuven Best of luck with the application! I know it is place for investing, but it is also about being around other goal driven people. No one can and should define what your goals and success looks like for you! Number 3 is a tough one. Letting go and allowing others to take over task has always been hard on me. Also I think it is awesome you are so passionate about coaching. I actually am an assistant basketball coach for a high school team and have some big goals for me team as well. Best of luck with all of your goals for this next year and beyond!

@Daniel Umstead Appreciate that! Glad I could help. I think breaking the goals down into the 90 day sprints is a great idea. Brandon Turner talks about that a lot and BP offers his journal to help with that. What are you looking to have the virtual assistants do for you? Best of luck with all of your goals for the year!

@Patrick McGrath That morning routine is critical. I implemented the miracle morning last year and loved it. When you get your morning off to the right start it allows your day to be that much better. Any specific area you got mapped out for you and the wife in Europe? Best of luck with the goals this year!

@Jonathan Averett Love your goals! The bring the wife home is an awesome one. I have a long-term goal to have my fiance be able to go part time by the end of next year and able to quit if she wants to the following. What are you plans for the meetNgreet speaking? I actually was just talking to another member today about starting one in our area and would love to hear your ideas on how to get this done. Best of luck with all of these!
