As a CRE Loan Originator and past contractor I would have to say no. Most if not all the things you listed will not bring you a suitable ROI to be worth the investment. Now if you where re-doing the Bathroom/kitchen completely or putting in new siding (think James Hardie) that might be something else. This would be a good website to check out http://www.remodeling.hw.net/cost-vs-value/2011/ for a general idea.

A Basic list would look like this:

- 2 Years of Tax returns 

- 2-4 Pay Stubs 

- Proof of current employment 

- An Idea of your Credit score

- Length of time with current employer 

- 2-6 months of bank statements

This is not an all inclusive list but will give them a good idea of where you stand.
