New to Real Estate Investing in Chicago

I am new to Real Estate investing. After getting my MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship I purchased a condo in Humboldt Park last year, spent a few months rebuilding it, and now live there. Thus far I have enjoyed the process and am looking into my next purchase. I am mainly interested in "buy and hold" in addition to flipping in my current area but am open to new opportunities. I am looking forward to learning from more experienced people and getting a better handle on my path to owning more properties.
