@Andrew Schulz you are 23 being told that you are unqualified. I’m sorry that others are more qualified. Wait, What’s the difference...

I’m 30 and the at 23 when I was filling my brain up with what people around me never cared to look at, I took experience for granted. I had knowledge, they had experience. Experience does a very interesting think to what you think you know NO MATTER how well you think you know it. So, although I would not put it how Jim said I would agree with him. Aim lower, get experience. The people I see complaint the most that are older are those who don’t want to make or didn’t make the sacrifice of doing more work for the same pay or doing a lesser job to get experience. Plus, the whole job your applying for is based off of experience and results(or no complaints)and not on education or how much you love work.

@Justin Hayden also, if a house is vacant you get zero rent. If one of four units is vacant, you still have income

@Justin Hayden you seem to want the most out of your money and are excited and willing to do what it takes.

Go with multi unit housing. The cash flow, GAP rate, all the end of the day numbers are better as long as you know what your getting into and by that I mean know your expenses for that property, reoccurring and yearly. Not all multi unit complexes stand equally.

@John Wijtenburg yes, divert money to all resources. You are the commander of your money.

But I promise you not buying that cute girl a drink at the bar or going golfing with your boss are not troops you want sidelined because you eat potatoes, ramen and have a IRA.

Earning potential is #1. It’s why all business risk everything they already have

@Shaun M. And empty bottle of Clorox wipe and the trash taken out. Nothing yet...

Post: Window sizes for new construction and newer homes, how do they

In most construction Basically what I am asking is

Does the #, size and total amount of opening space per square foot in regards to windows on houses accumulate to a pre determined number or is it based on every house specifically designed with window location and variation in mind.

How do they figure out how many windows and what sizes? Is there a minimum or code about how many may be placed?

Post: Why do realtors hate putting in lowballs for you?

@Nick Zito isn’t the word low ball relative? If you know it’s a low ball the term itself implies that you are offering way below what would ever work.

You want a agent to write a low ball offer for you? Give him a good reason to. No one will accept one without one

@Andrew Taylor you need to re-evaluate your price point. That simple. If you lose money on the deal then the numbers were simply wrong but do you want to pay expenses month after month hoping you were right or do you want to fix the numbers? Like zero showings? It’s either over priced or you guys remodeled using tongue depressors and crayons or your price is too high. Or it’s in the middle of no where?
