Welcome Zach!

I’m still relatively new to BP and I thought this forum discussion was a big concern for new investors specifically. Taking your retail hat off I’m trying to understand from an investors perspective on buying liens on pre-foreclosures. What is everyone’s experience with this exit strategy of a short or long term hold and does softer rents impact this current economy we are facing? Also, I know every property/lien has a different story to tell, but just looking for a better understand not advice. Thanks everyone have a great Thursday!
