Hello BP,

Im currently researching ownership on the properties that I've found while D4D.

My question is how would I begin to locate owners of vacant properties where county records show the owner's mailing address  to be the same as the vacant property?

Are you a cash buyer on someones buyer's list?

How is that working out for you?

What exceptional value or service could the manager of that list provide you that you're not currently receiving?

It sounds like the signs used by Renautus members. You can do a search on the BP site for more insight re: Renautus.

Oh I agree with you completly that the site seems a bit off.

Im already regretting using my email to register but I wanted to see how it worked.

I  just have never heard of such a thing and wondered if I was alone.

Have any of you heard of or use any websites that act as an intermediary between wholesalers and sellers in an effort to locate, match, and close deals?

Ive found this one by way of a BP post,

http://www.accesstheflock.io/site/welcome

But I'm looking for others.

Thanks,

Jonathan

I checked it out and it seems a bit convoluted. Does it seem easy to follow to you?

Im currently driving for dollars and have a question re: the quantity of data an experienced wholesaler would typically like to see about a potential deal that's brought to them.

Im currently looking up:

1. county tax records for property ownership.

2. Sales records for a ownership timeline and to establish equity.

3. Whitepages for owner contact info.

4. Zoning maps for identification of underutilized properties

Are there more data points I should also research before I bring the deal to a wholesaler?

Should I attempt to run the deal through the BP Wholesale Deal Calculator or leave the analysis to the wholesaler?

Thanks,

Jonathan

I believe you're looking for IFTTT.  you can also try a app called Zapier. It also can be used to automate systems in your business
