Hi, I'm looking to expand my real estate portfolio and am interested in the foreclosure industry. Does anyone have some tips as to good ways to find these types of properties (bank websites, zillow, foreclosure websites, auctions, etc.)? Also, any tips or recommendations, warnings. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm somewhat new to the game, but was wondering people's thoughts on the best cities to invest in with fast growing rental markets. I'm in the Denver area, which i know is one of the faster growing markets in that regard, but am looking towards doing some out of state investing. My target price range are homes $130K or less. Thanks in advance!

@Scott Morongell-I'm really just taking in as much info as possible, so that I can make a good, informed & educated decision as to how to move forward. I'm interested in wholesaling & flipping & purchasing out of state. I would like to balance cash flow, with purchasing properties with good expected appreciation, etc. I'm very interested in multi-family as well. I would love to connect & discuss further.

@Kevin Grinstead-Hi Kevin, I'm open to more rental properties, single family & am interested in expanding towards multi-family. From the units I have seen around Denver, multi-family looks like it would be pretty costly.

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum. I own some rental properties in Denver, but am looking at expanding out of state, with some lower cost buy & hold opportunities. I'm interested in some locations in the Midwest. I'm particularly intrigued by Indianapolis. Can anyone point me in the right direction for properties $100K or less? Or, would it be smarter to look above that price range, assuming financing works, in some of the better neighborhoods near Indy, etc.? Thanks in advance for the help. I look forward to working with you all!
