Best Cities for Rental Income Growth

Hi, I'm somewhat new to the game, but was wondering people's thoughts on the best cities to invest in with fast growing rental markets. I'm in the Denver area, which i know is one of the faster growing markets in that regard, but am looking towards doing some out of state investing. My target price range are homes $130K or less. Thanks in advance!
