Hi,

I look forward to the details on the upcoming events. I'm certainly interested in learning from everyone and their experience from investing in the Bronx. I would much rather invest locally, than upstate NY. However, like @Ceasar Rosas mentions the numbers make sense in those parts.

@Masashi Borges-Silva I use Personal Capital and I love it. It puts everything in perspective for me. You can set your financial goals and make budgets. Everyone has their own preference. You'll just need to try them out and figure out which one sticks.

Thank you @Mitch Messer! I'll certainly utilize the 11% for the COCR. I'm currently doing research into a market to get started in. I've reached out to an agent to assist me with the search for my first investment.

Thank you for contribution @Michael Lee! I've certainly been immersed in the education. I'm leaning towards starting out with a duplex and have reached out to agent in markets I'm considering.

Thanks @Anthony Dooley! That's a solid baseline. 20% ROI, sounds great! Are you invested in your local market? Or are you finding it better to be outside of your local market? Thank you for your contribution!
