When you buy a home do you take care of the mold first before construction? Or do you do construction then tackel the mold?

@Stan Holmes the property is located in 40047. My partners and I were thinking about making an offer on the property but it is zoned b1. I was trying to look more into b1 zoning to make a better decision.

@Rich G. By asking here on bigger pockets you are already taking the right steps. Networking is key in this business. I am a full time wholesaler here in kentucky. I also help beginner inverstors that BRRRR by leading them to killer off market deals. Oftentimes they need resources such as carpenters, plumers or even hardmoney lenders. Whatever the occasion call for I am there to help. They just ask and I am more than delighted to lead them in the right direction. I like to consider myself a full service wholesaler. Making a win win win for all parties involved. I am certain that there is a wholesaler in your area that will be more than happy to help. Keep up the networking!!

This is really good information, there is a lot of deals here in Kentucky out in the countryside. But finding comps is difficult, I will definitely be using near by towns.
