@Stan Holmes the property is located in 40047. My partners and I were thinking about making an offer on the property but it is zoned b1. I was trying to look more into b1 zoning to make a better decision.

In the state of Kentucky are you allowed to use a property that is currently zoned B1 as an Air BnB?

This is really good information, there is a lot of deals here in Kentucky out in the countryside. But finding comps is difficult, I will definitely be using near by towns.
