My name is Jonathan Jordan, and I am a new investor from Virginia Beach closing on my first rental property in early October. My real estate partner and I are looking into re-doing a 4-plex, and was wondering what this sites opinion is on walk-in showers vs. tubs, especially as these 4-plexes are only one bathroom. The one reason I can think of to have tubs is if there are a lot of families wanting to rent with young children, but wondering if anyone had experience/advice on this issue. Thank you!!
