Hello Everyone,  

I am EJ and a new member to the group and RE investing. I took an intro to Real Estate Investing class 6 years ago and am now in a position to take it to the next level. I've got a mentor and am working to create win-win-win Real Estate deals and give back to the community at large. My current focus is custom wholesaling and putting together lucrative deals for cash buyers. I look forward to sharing ideas and learning from everyone.
