The prices seem fair and I have read good things about him. I have no problem paying for that class here is where I get skeptical can someone let me know if there was an upsell to another class? Numerous real-estate events I have attended seem to have an upsell to them to the next course that cost an outrageous amount. If anyone can let me know that would be great. If there is no upsell I might attend the next 3-day seminar he has (permitting my work schedule). Any info would be great Steven Perre thank you for asking this question.

Todd thanks I had the same question (all posts were old like you mentioned)

I see nothing wrong with your question due diligence is key.

I bought Dave Vanhorne ebook he seems like a brilliant guy I plan to invest with him.

I am a newbie here but one thing you might want to focus on as others have mentioned is landlord friendly states I grew up outside of Boston the laws are geared towards the tenant and the prices are very expensive I personally would never invest here. I moved to AZ best thing I did but now that market is too expensive as well. Let me know your decision I am curious on Facebook there is an out of state investor group for Indiana since the laws are pro landlord not sure what you can get there for 75K.

Mora Clark good for you pulled the trigger I grew up in MA actually here on a travel nursing contract. I moved to AZ much cheaper living. The funny although the cost of living in Boston is double that of AZ, however, they pay nurses the same wages? I lost money on my first house in AZ pre-construction but lucked out and bought the next one at 66K about 10 years ago. I like MA but I am so glad I moved it would be very hard to perform the BRRR Strategy in MA
