A friend of mine own a property in Utah
Does anyone know a property management company they have used for at least two years.
Also looking for trades people plumbers but specifically a small HVAC company someone who can troubleshoot AC system not just replace.
Also if you know a person that can take photos be a runner for task etc.

I unfortunately had to move back to Mass to be closer to family I would suggest investing out of state if you feel comfortable if you can find a way to make it work I would love to hear it.

Andrew if you go downtown let me know looking to network with people I live downtown as well just been so busy with work and school.

David good question I am learning tax leans I read some where and not sure if this is true that the big coporations are buying them all up I wonder if this is true.
