@Tony Sepassi I spoke with a DC realtor today and he told me that in the last few weeks, he noticed around 8 deals available on the MLS. Of those deals, each had roughly 15 offers. The pickin's are definitely slim out there.

@Jorge Rivera from what I've noticed, the homes that need work are sprinkled within the good houses. I've noticed a few near the Largo Town Center once you start to head back into those neighborhoods.
