Hi everyone, my wife and I just moved to Nashville for my work. I am an engineer with Turner construction building high rise developments downtown. I would love to connect with individuals who rehab in and around Nashville. I look forward to speaking with some of you!

@Chris T.

Thank you Chris, I am definitely going to keep this in mind. Unfortunately, between my work schedule and still getting settled/moved in I am a little busy for the next week or two. I will be in touch in the near future to attend a meeting!

Hello, I am new to the Charlotte, NC area due to a new job with Turner Construction. I am an engineer and I also have my SC real estate license (hoping to get NC) and looking to make some connections in the Charlotte, Fort Mill, Rock Hill area to have contacts. I enjoy rehabbing my own properties to flip or occasionally buy and hold.

Hello everyone well I'm wanting to make the jump from residential to commercial investing. I'm wondering where I might find the best place to look for a commercial real estate investor? Hopefully trying to find an investor willing to put up the cash and use my knowledge and experience. I've been a licensed realtor for a while and worked with a developer for 4 years prior to starting my own residential investing business. Any input would be appreciated!

Getting ready to get into commercial real estate developing i.e: self storage facilities, medical offices, apartment complexes, and strip malls. Where is the best place to find investors willing to partner up with someone. I've gone to local meet ups and made a few contacts but I'm wanting to see if anyone else out there has had any experience with obtaining investors for properties like those I listed above?
