Luka all about knowing where to get properties. I showed a lady, how to find deals and helped her with funding,  she made over 370k on her first and only flip, therefore, she was like that is good enough for me, I am done lol, funny part I didn't make any where near that on my first flip, have since, guess I am a good teacher lol, that was in a competitive market. In addition, i showed her how to limit her capital gains during process.

Definition of professional realestate never mentions anything to do with reassigning contracts. It states "when engaged in for another for compensation"  since a wholesaler actually signs a contract and has relative obligation to perform, they are engaging in the activity for themselves, not for another. That is what a agent does, they negotiate for another for compensation. Wholesalers dnt.

it is funny I can go to networking events in various states where all they do wholesaling, attorneys are in there and dnt say a word. Hell I have had agents bring me deals from wholesaler's. Some attorneys say it is legal and some say it isn't. I have friends wholesaling and have no issues with attorneys saying they can't do it. Very smooth transactions. If it was illegal no attorney's would do it.

I saw where somebody said 3k still their claims. I can tell people dnt bother to listen to the short video to get people interested..some of the responses on why this that is anwered in video..the 3k is 8k now. That is what happens when people run on here listening to others rather than watch video etc, check for themselves. their system not only one I see it in others too. Answer to people's concerns right in people's faces.

Michael you are correct many get these programs and dnt follow the system then get on here complaining. People some how find a way to make it difficult. I have many friends say these programs dnt work give up and throw in closet..I use it and get a deal done fast. They go huh lol. From what i see from team react training to get people interested. it is wholesaling but better than normal meaning usually people get 10k fee. In this system you can get more cause you are splitting what owner agrees and what buyer pays. Only competition it seems is retail buyers since most investors dnt pay full price. There are some in every market paying full price not hard to find. Use team react buyers and at your local networking events co wholesale with somebody with great buyers while you are growing your existing buyer's list. Hell call realestate companies they always have shortgage of inventory. Makes sense people only pay full price for fast appreciating homes and people that  dnt want to deal with paying an agent or financing, saves them thousands. People just have to look at the overall big picture..

Jeff i agree with you. I am.not part of team react yet. What confuses people is why would buyers pay full price, taught buyers want deals. What team react says during 36 minute video made sense investors only pay full price for appreciating deals, great roi. Some buyers pay cash not to deal with financing etc. I guess people didnt bother to look at the video themselves they just went straight to comment section listening to people. Many questions people ask on here are answered already. I am more intrigued. I like how they say many students do deals themselves thus keeping 100% of profits rather than 50/50 split.if they were really money hungry etc would not say a word. More people doing deals on own less they make

Value depends on person. Everybody has opinion. I hate when people bring up costs of college when comparing to guru trainings. If people paid attention majoriry that go to college dnt make it, struggling like crazy. Many just waste their money , same as people say about guru trainings. In that regard both sides are blowing money.
