Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to get property internal feature data (anywhere from floorplans to countertops, cabinets, or appliances). I feel that this data would be great to have as a flipper in order to 1) assess if the flip deal is good (it is sufficiently old/un-kept) and 2) not have to take a look into every property in person (for out of state flippers).

Thanks!

John

@Account Closed I do not. And yes, I am aware it takes ~2 years post-salesperson license. But I have found this number to vary widely between states, and I was wondering what state has the smallest number of constraints/shortest amount of time to take the broker exam.

@Marcus Auerbach I would like to be a broker ASAP for business-enabling purposes.

@Matthew Fassett Interesting--thanks for the info! Do you have a source by chance? Does this vary state by state (either on the sending or receiving end)?

Hello,

Can an unlicensed real estate assistant receive a lead generation referral percentage of the buyside commission? Thanks in advance for anyone that has experience or can weigh in here.

Thanks,

John

Does anyone know what the easiest (shortest amount of time/experience) state is to get a real estate broker's license in?

Thanks,

John
