I'd suggest Farmer State Bank, ask for Ryan Befort 785-383-2367. He also can include some rehab costs if the values are right. The way it ultimately works is, they will loan 75% of the ARV.

I have loans with both and they are both easy to work with and have fair closing costs.

Marc Tolbert with Kansas Inspections is my go-to, we use him a lot.  He is very throrough and give a fair and concise report.  (785) 969-1736
