Hello everyone,

I just recently discovered that corporate housing can be very lucrative. I have some thoughts as to how to get started in this section of RE but I would like to get your thoughts. Here are some of my questions.

  1. What are the things I need to be aware of when jumping into this area of lucrative rentals?
  2. What is the best way to your name out there that you have corporate rentals?
  3. What is the best business entity to use for this business?

Thank you for your input.  FYI.... I am in Huntsville AL, the headquarters of NASA. Redstone Arsenal I believe is the biggest ARMY base in the country.

Have a great day

There are many articles written about your scenario. TERMS... the "partial investor" as you call it must know what kind of profit he/she is looking for. Express it and come to an agreement with the primary investor.

Search the blogs of this site. You will be pleased with the many articles. This site also has calculators under the TOOLS menu.

Good luck and I wish you the best... I do live in Huntsville ALABAMA

Have a nice day!

Hello everyone,

I am curious if anyone has used peer to peer lending (LENDING CLUB) for rehabs or some real estate financing.  Please share your experience(s).  I look forward to reading the responses.

Thank you.

@Taylor Boudreau I hear yah however this...

"The reason for the delay is to mitigate risk both for Cozy and for our landlords."  is a process issue.   Not being argumentative just stating that a process can be adjusted to make it faster and still protect COZY and the landlord.

I look forward to the update to COZY.

Thanks.
