Starting the corporate housing business - steps

Hello everyone,

I just recently discovered that corporate housing can be very lucrative. I have some thoughts as to how to get started in this section of RE but I would like to get your thoughts. Here are some of my questions.

  1. What are the things I need to be aware of when jumping into this area of lucrative rentals?
  2. What is the best way to your name out there that you have corporate rentals?
  3. What is the best business entity to use for this business?

Thank you for your input.  FYI.... I am in Huntsville AL, the headquarters of NASA. Redstone Arsenal I believe is the biggest ARMY base in the country.

Have a great day
