Hi there @Brandon Foster! I don't any handyman in LA area. But I have a question, how much is your purchase price for the duplex? How did you find it? I am also looking for a duplex in that area :)

I am somehow confused with the BRRR. How will I be able to pay for the first loan from a private lender if I don't have a tenant yet during the rehab period?

Then after refinancing the property, how will I be able to pay the private lender if I am already paying the bank? I will really appreaciate your answers.
