I have got two years to study before I can go take out a loan, I am 16 years old as of now. Can anyone suggest some good concepts or information I should read about and study? Any links or names of things I should study would be really helpful to me.

Thank you, John.

I posted this a while ago, i wanted to repost it to see if i could get anymore helpful responses.

Is there anything i can do before I turn 18 to help my chances of a bank loaning me money? I want to start investing in real estate as early as possible. I know I have to be above 18 to get a loan, good credit, stabile income etc. I’m just wondering if there is anything I can do now, at 15 years, to make myself look good for a loan. I hope you get what I’m saying, its 10:30 and I’m tired. I just wanted to ask this before I go to bed. Thank you, John.

I am 15, I want to invest in real estate. Would it be a good move for me to become a Bird Dog? If so, how do I go about that? My thought is that if I start to learn how identify good investment opportunities early it could help me when I start buying.

@Jordan Moorhead thats why i like it, about 3 years ago i was studying the stock market. But I dont like the unpredictability it has. The idea of real estate investing popped in my head a few months ago. I think its a good route for me to head down for long term success.
