Bank loans at an early age.
I posted this a while ago, i wanted to repost it to see if i could get anymore helpful responses.
Is there anything i can do before I turn 18 to help my chances of a bank loaning me money? I want to start investing in real estate as early as possible. I know I have to be above 18 to get a loan, good credit, stabile income etc. I’m just wondering if there is anything I can do now, at 15 years, to make myself look good for a loan. I hope you get what I’m saying, its 10:30 and I’m tired. I just wanted to ask this before I go to bed. Thank you, John.
