Swathi Welcome to Bigger Pockets !!

For Flips generally you would need to have the Core GC, the HML and most probably a good investor savvy Realtor to help out. For first flips better to start with a small cosmetic rehab until you get to know the process and the team well.

@Shayan Sameer Yes in case the projects do not work as expected you will have an issue with paying off the HELOC on your properties unless you do a cash out refinance and then the risk is not so much as there is no second lien(HELOC)
