Just looking for opinions here.

What do you think about working with realtors to help you find investment opportunities? I do not mean as your only strategy, but just as one more avenue.

For those of you that do utilize a realtor(s), on average what sort of results are you seeing? I'm wondering if it is better to pick a seasoned pro or someone who is extremely competent but somewhat new to the game (as the newer ones tend to be the hungriest) ??? The problems I have run into with seasoned pros is that they are, of course, incredibly busy and I'm just not a priority.

I'm mainly talking about buying not selling.

My very first post.

I have been searching and reading about 1031 Exchange and I thought I had a great handle on it, but the more I read and watch YouTube clips I believe I am getting conflicting information. If I wanted to speak with a professional on this topic would this be a CPA question, Finance/Investment Firm question, or .... ???

Thanks for your patience, I'm sure this topic comes up alot. Maybe there is a professional on this forum that would be willing to speak with me?
