Who answers 1031 Exchange questions?

My very first post.

I have been searching and reading about 1031 Exchange and I thought I had a great handle on it, but the more I read and watch YouTube clips I believe I am getting conflicting information. If I wanted to speak with a professional on this topic would this be a CPA question, Finance/Investment Firm question, or .... ???

Thanks for your patience, I'm sure this topic comes up alot. Maybe there is a professional on this forum that would be willing to speak with me?

@John Mark Pollard, and @Dan V., In order to tag folks you need to be colleagues.  Then you can simply type the @followed by their name.  If any individual, colleague or not has posted in that particular forum then you type @? and a pop up of every contributor show.

That being said, now on to fun stuff - 1031.  It's where I've lived for over 20 years.  I can give you more back story or answer specifics either here or pm.

And thank you Dan for the shout out.  I didn't tagged because we're not colleagues yet but I'll remedy that now :)
