Excellent and yes i have been watching the podcast. they are so helpful and yet i still have so many questions. i have read the beginners guide. i will continue my research and thank you for the response.

Hello,

My name is John Gillum. I am active duty Navy stationed in Bristol, TN. I've been wanting to get involved on here for a long while now. I'm not much for blogging or forums so forgive me. I do have a very large set of skills in rehab and refurbishment of homes. My wife and i are looking to start investing in real-estate and to start off i know i need to learn as much as i can.  If you have some good advice for me then let me hear it.
