I am in Tulsa and know someone that just did an STR in Broken Bow. I can ask around with some of the locals and see what the STR Market is looking like down there as that's not an area of expertise if you would like me to. Hoping for much success to you in your STR journey!

Nicely done. Cleaning up assets that need some TLC.

Bethany,

Do you have any experience in this asset class? Anyone on your team have experience? Underwriting MFH is more than just having the "formula" for evaluating. There are many UW tools out there and most of them are for syndication models. Do you plan on syndicating the property or are you looking for a JV opportunity? How many units and price point are you looking at?

I am in Tulsa and actively UW looking for my first deal, would love to chat and see if there is anything I can do to help you out getting started.

@Robert Freeman I'm also in the Tulsa area and new to real estate. Haven't found any meet ups but let me know if you find one because I would also be interested

Did you or @Robert Freeman ever find local groups in Tulsa? I am starting to look at Multifamily in the area and would like to get a better "lay of the land". Thanks

Kaylee Macmahon the Apartment QueenTM was at the Tulsa REIA Meetup last night discussing Syndications and investing in apartments etc. Check out the Tulsa REIA Facebook page.

Thanks for the tip. I’m heading up there to look at a few properties and I’ll try to connect with her.

Kaylee is from Dallas, She was a guest speaker last night. The Tulsa REIA meetup would be a great resource though as there are several investors attending the meetings that are either in Commercial multifamily already or are looking to get into it.
