In Search of Large Multi-Family Contractor

My investment group and I are always in search of a contractor that is capable of renovating larger multifamily properties (30-150 units). We currently own properties in Ohio and Oklahoma that have contractors on them but we would like to find a contractor that we can worth with on property after property.
