Truly appreciate the multiple responses and look forward to continuing our communication as we live in Southern CA and do not have many contacts in that part of the county.  We have multiple single family rentals in Cahokia Heights that we purchased about 1-1/2 years ago.  Most are performing well and a couple of them are in the middle of dealing with evictions.  We seem to have a great property manager at this point.  Always looking for great deals but very selective as we don't really need to add to our portfolio at this time - but would definitely consider a great deal. 

Sorry, have not been on in a while - I did not attend the event and currently have decided not to pursue RAL and focus on our single family and multifamily properties.

Tomas, are you self managing your Cahokia Height, IL property or are you working witha property manager?  Are you located in the area?  I live in Southern CA and have a few properties in Cahokia Heights, IL.

Wass there ever a group that got together for properties in the Belleville, IL area?    I ended up investing in properties in the Cahokia Heights, IL area instead.
