Does anyone have insight into the market in California City, CA? I have the opportunity to purchase a lot in the neighborhood behind the golf course. What type of development is allowed? Does the city allow Manufactured Homes to be set? Any and all input is greatly appreciated. Also, any input on Property Managers? Thanks for your time

Ah... California City.  Have you driven out there?  If not I suggest you do so before proceeding people are always selling lots in California City because for the most part it costs more to build than the house will be worth, if you want to live out there maybe, but for an investment I'd look elsewhere.
