I’m actually considering selling my rental house in New York, I moved to FL. I would want to sell it to another landlord that was willing to keep them. Great tenants 5 years, not one late payment.

I own one rental, and I’m finally ready to buy my 2nd. I found a 3 bedroom 1 bath in a desirable area. Rent is 850. The home is selling for 95000. It’s a little less than our 1% rule. The home is all updated. Or should I keep looking for a home that makes our famous 1% rule. Thanks for reading!

Has anybody had the privilege of working with "buffalo turn key properties" all the numbers seem too good to be true. They use ABC property management company.

Jeff Copeland I'm also going down to the St. Petersburg area in 2 weeks to check out some multi families. I really like the area and will be moving down there next 2 years. Once I find something or if you have any deals of your own. I could use a property manager like yourself.

I'm actually going down to look at a single family home on Williamsburg dr in Daytona beach. I'm not sure of the neighborhood that's why I have to go down there and check it out. Do you happen to know anything about that neighborhood?

90 rentals!? 😨 Amazing job making it to that. We all start with one. (Usually) lol. And yes the owner already gave the paperwork to the sherrifs. So he said January they will be out. I'm very excited I'm getting closer.

Hey guys so I'm about to be closing on a single family property. Im going to use this property as a rental. Im on long island. Property is in Mastic Beach, its in a C neighborhood. Bought the house for 160k taxes are 7350. (high I know but thats long island for you) and rent is 1800, so I'm getting a little over that 1% rule. Im supposed to close but the tenants that are in the house as we speak are getting evicted. Everyone is telling me i should close. I think the mortgage guy and lawyers just want to get paid since its the end of the year. If i close and they ruin anything its all on me right? Its my first property so I don't want to get peer pressured into anything thats going to hurt me in the long run. Let me know what you guys think. Appreciate all the help!
