Hi BP... My group is trying to increase our lease ups for a deal we are repositioning.  It's a student housing deal and wondering if anyone here is having luck or has any strategies, ideas, etc regarding using social media to get more tenants for an apartment deal.

Thanks!

If it's student housing maybe a drawing for free pizza?

Refer a friend and they get a credit upon lease execution and first months rent paid for their unit?
