@Jonathan Taylor

Hey there! I’m a Realtor and flipper in the Chattanooga market right now. Just from my experience it’s a great market even though inventory is super low.Lots of deals still getting done. @David Grabiner is an investor in the area that would possibly be a great resource for you to reach out to he was on the podcast not to long ago. I’m also happy to help in anyway I can. Feel free to message me if you want to chat. Good luck!

@Bryan Behm welcome! I'd love to connect with you! I'm a local realtor with 10 years experience flipping SFH in the Chattanooga market.

Hey all!

I'd love any tips and recommendations you have for finding and reaching out to owners of MF Units. I typically start by using reverse lookup on potential properties, but I'd love any other out of the box strategies that seem to work for yall!

I second Travis, I used a similar strategy but with SFH where I would live in it while Fixing and Flipping it. I did several houses like that before moving into my current dream home! Chattanooga is a great market for either strategy

Welcome to BP!Im new to BP too but work as Realtor in Chattanooga and the surrounding areas. Lots of great resources here and a very welcoming community. Feel free to message me if you need help with properties!

Hey All,

Being newer to the forums I hope this is appropriate but if not then please disregard. So, I recently just accepted a position with a local organization as a Housing Navigator in addition to working as a local realtor with KW Chattanooga. Part of my position is connecting landlords with potential long term tenets and I am currently trying to build a regional database covering everywhere from Franklin Co TN all the way up to Monroe Co TN about 11 counties in all.

I specifically work with landlords to connect with our clients to their specific housing needs which is primarily low income and Section 8 qualifications.  I wanted to see if anyone on here specifically deals with Section 8/Low Income Tenets or know people in their own networks that do that would be willing to connect with me.

We have a lot of clients in need of housing right now that are having a hard time because our market inventory is really low across the region. We also have a lot of great incentives for landlords and property managers so that it's a win all around. Again, being new in this position, I am basically starting our network from zero and would love to connect with as many people as possible and I figure that the BP community could be a great resource.

I appreciate everyone's help!
