Connecting with Chattanooga TN Section 8/Low Income Land Lords

Hey All,

Being newer to the forums I hope this is appropriate but if not then please disregard. So, I recently just accepted a position with a local organization as a Housing Navigator in addition to working as a local realtor with KW Chattanooga. Part of my position is connecting landlords with potential long term tenets and I am currently trying to build a regional database covering everywhere from Franklin Co TN all the way up to Monroe Co TN about 11 counties in all.

I specifically work with landlords to connect with our clients to their specific housing needs which is primarily low income and Section 8 qualifications.  I wanted to see if anyone on here specifically deals with Section 8/Low Income Tenets or know people in their own networks that do that would be willing to connect with me.

We have a lot of clients in need of housing right now that are having a hard time because our market inventory is really low across the region. We also have a lot of great incentives for landlords and property managers so that it's a win all around. Again, being new in this position, I am basically starting our network from zero and would love to connect with as many people as possible and I figure that the BP community could be a great resource.

I appreciate everyone's help!
