Hello fellow BiggerPockets members, its been a little wile sense last time I was on here. Just wanted to thank everybody for their input last time and give an update . My flip is almost dune, it should be hitting the market in next couple day. We stayed on budget give or take a thousand dollars or so. We bought for $85500 put around $20000 in repairs and listing it for $165000 its a three bedroom one bath in Ellington Ct. If anyone is looking in that area let me know. Good evening everyone out there in BiggerPockets world. 

So I have been getting things to gather and raising money for my second flip. I have been out there looking for a deal were the numbers work the best with out any luck. So I have been out driving for dollars and seeing a lot of empty house, the big problem for me now is coming up with a good marketing letter or good script for calling. If anyone could lead me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks for reading.

Good afternoon everyone just wanted to get out there and see what's going on. The last time we talk I was looking for some funding so I have completed that for one deal. What I really need now is a good flip and contractors to help with it.

I have found a couple but they woud need to owner occupience.  If anyone has any good ideas please let me know.
