Good evening everyone out there in BiggerPockets world. 

So I have been getting things to gather and raising money for my second flip. I have been out there looking for a deal were the numbers work the best with out any luck. So I have been out driving for dollars and seeing a lot of empty house, the big problem for me now is coming up with a good marketing letter or good script for calling. If anyone could lead me in the right direction that would be great. Thanks for reading.
